ABOUT

Dr. Sarah Alsaidi is a psychologist, executive coach, and consultant specializing in executive functioning, performance, and behavior change. She earned her doctorate from Columbia University, where she developed a strong foundation in psychology, research, and human development.

She partners with leaders, executives, and high-achieving professionals who want more clarity, control, and follow-through in high-pressure roles — and who recognize that the systems that once worked are no longer sustainable.

Sarah specializes in strengthening the two systems that drive human behavior and performance:

The Mind — beliefs, identity, emotions, self-talk, and meaning-making
The Brain — executive functions: planning, prioritization, time awareness, working memory, regulation, and follow-through

When these systems fall out of sync, people lose traction. They overthink, overwork, and feel disconnected from the results they know they’re capable of. When they align, decision-making sharpens, execution becomes cleaner, and goals become more grounded.

Her signature Brain-In-Mind™ Method integrates neuroscience-informed psychology, executive functioning strategy, coaching, and consulting into a cohesive framework that helps clients build personalized systems for clarity, follow-through, and sustainable performance. She is currently writing a book on the Brain-In-Mind™ Method, bringing this science-based approach to a broader audience.

In addition to private work, Sarah designs and facilitates trainings for organizations and professional teams on executive functioning, well-being, perfectionism, identity, and high-stakes communication. As co-author of Microinterventions, she is recognized for her work in identity, cultural competence, and behavior change, and has delivered workshops and keynotes on strategies to interrupt everyday bias and strengthen inclusive leadership.

Ultimately, Sarah helps clients do more than understand what’s holding them back — she helps them redesign the internal systems that move them forward.
